Terms of Service

These Terms govern your use of the MPC Holding, Inc. Customer Portal (the “Service”). By accessing the Service you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

Beta program

• The Service is currently in beta. Features may change, degrade, or be removed without notice.
• The Service is provided as-is during the beta. SLAs and support commitments applicable to general availability do not yet apply.
• You agree to report security issues, unexpected behaviour, and feedback through the channels we provide.
• You agree not to publicly disclose confidential information about the Service, including non-public features, without our written consent.

Acceptable use

You agree not to misuse the Service, attempt to gain unauthorised access, bypass security controls, or use the Service in violation of applicable law.

Termination

We may suspend or terminate beta access at any time. Upon termination you remain bound by provisions that by their nature should survive.
